To me coaching and training is not about providing information, techniques or data, it’s about repatterning, establishing a state of awareness that allows you to assimilate material dynamically. I also try to touch people internally sometimes even spiritually. If you teach people something at the conscious level they often don’t learn to use it automatically. So I try to build a powerful framework of understanding, one that helps people assimilate skills and automatically respond to what they learn, as automatically as the handshake reflex when you meet someone. 

Unplugged is about redesigning the way you connect with yourself and your personal leadership obligations. 

Leadership is intensely personal simply because not only are you are trying to change the nature of things - and there is absolutely no guarantee of a sure outcome - which puts your credibility constantly on the line. 

A lot of Leadership is about dealing with fear, something many believe is not a good thing. In truth, fear can save your life, or keep you from doing something dumb. Avoiding fear could prevent you from doing something truly great, from learning something new, and from growing as a human being. Fear is a natural part of growth, and fear comes with the leadership territory.

Unplugged is where I take you one step further than dealing with fear - to the edge, the edge is where you make sure it’s all happening - it’s like that feeling of being covered in petrol and still having to put out a fire. It’s not about controlling fear, it’s about taking charge - it’s about harnessing fear. 

In a bureaucratic world the domesticated primate expects conformance and regulation - I show you how to create an exciting opportunity driven environment where people can be unleashed to succeed and achieve.
